Before we write the future, we have to observe and recognize where we're at in this moment.
Prompt: Who do I spend my time with?
Who are the 5 people I engage with the most? How do those relationships feel? Is there anything that I need to address within those relationships?
Do not feel pressure to address anyone or anything... right now, just be aware and write about whatever comes up.
*Bonus Prompt*: Choose 3 people you admire and write out 3-5 personality traits you appreciate about them.
Housekeeping:
It’s best to find 15-30 minutes of uninterrupted quiet time to answer the prompts. We also recommend keeping a 'home' for your responses. Exploring the prompts will likely spark energy in your body and your mind, so be sure to check in with yourself often after your writing sessions.
