Final Session

Today marks our final day together, and Sierra and I have so enjoyed spending this time with you. Through this journey, we have cultivated a new level of awareness for ourselves around our most important aspects of life. As we dock this ship on it's final day, take a second and acknowledge the work you've put in here by showing up for yourself.

Diving deep introspectively is not an easy task, and we commend you all for being here.


Today's Prompt is: How am I going to support myself in my overall wellbeing?

  • What am I committed to that will improve my mental, physical and spiritual health?

  • What positive life changes am I most excited about making?

You may find inspiration for today's session from an earlier entry, so take the time to read through our previous days. You really are the captain of your own ship and you've now put in 21 days of introspective work. Apply your new level of awareness to any aspect of your life as you are more than equipped to make the changes you would like to make.

And as always, remember— you deserve this time. You deserve this space. You deserve to return to you.
