This week is going to serve as a wellness check. We will be tuning into our current circumstances and exploring the various aspects of life. Be sure to take the time to answer these questions for where you are at right now in your life, not where you want to be. Before we write the future, we have to observe and recognize where we're at in this moment.
Prompt: How does my space feel?
Take inventory of your immediate environment including your bed, your bedroom, your bathroom, your shower, kitchen, and various living spaces throughout your home, and answer the question: how does my space feel?
As you're writing, remember to keep this objective and do your best to leave any judgment out. In doing this myself, I've found that making small changes in my home environment like moving some furniture around or even a deep cleaning moves stagnant unwanted energy... You definitely don't have to break the bank to enjoy your current environment.
Housekeeping:
It’s best to find 15-30 minutes of uninterrupted quiet time to answer the prompts. We also recommend keeping a 'home' for your responses. Exploring the prompts will likely spark energy in your body and your mind, so be sure to check in with yourself often after your writing sessions.
You deserve this time. You deserve this space. You deserve to return to you.
