Wellness Check - Health

This week is going to serve as a wellness check. We will be tuning into our current circumstances and exploring the various aspects of life. Be sure to take the time to answer these questions for where you are at right now in your life, not where you want to be. Before we write the future, we have to observe and recognize where we're at in this moment.


Prompt: What am I consuming?

What food have I been eating recently? What media have I been feeding my brain? What thought patterns are being fed?

Exploring our daily consumption can bring a lot of unexpected emotions to the surface. Be gentle with yourself and examine your current circumstances with as much truth, love, and grace as possible.


Housekeeping:

It’s best to find 15-30 minutes of uninterrupted quiet time to answer the prompts. We also recommend keeping a 'home' for your responses. Exploring the prompts will likely spark energy in your body and your mind, so be sure to check in with yourself often after your writing sessions.
