When was the last time I achieved a state of flow? What activity was I doing? What activity can I do for hours on end? What can I dive into easily?
When exploring the topic of joy - think about things that leave you feeling full and energized. What makes your heart sing and your head quiet. How do you fill your cup?
Explore Deeper: How do I feel about my own creative expression? What are my 'creative' outlets? Have I been spending any time at all on a craft of any kind?
Housekeeping:
It’s best to find 15-30 minutes of uninterrupted quiet time to answer the prompts. We also recommend keeping a 'home' for your responses. Exploring the prompts will likely spark energy in your body and your mind, so be sure to check in with yourself often after your writing sessions.
